Mambo! This is Pete C., the blogger of the day. After the third day of work the group had made tremendous progress, despite the hard work required to build the house we are working on. With help from our new friends, Gaspar and Mula, we managed to put three more rows of cinder blocks into the house. After we finished work for the day we headed to our first Swahili lesson, taught by Moses. We learned many words and sayings that will allow us to communicate with locals.
